Narrative Writing

Hello fellow readers and welcome back to my blog post this blog post is about what I have done in my narrative writing for art this term.

In Wanaka,New Zealand it was a sunny day. It was a beautiful morning.  The sky was as blue as my eyes the birds were singing my friend Mathew was riding his bike as he was riding  he found a lake the colour of it was green like grass you could see all of the rubbish in the lake.Then after he finished looking at the lake he started to ride home  Mathew says “The lake use to look crystal clear.

 he got home he put his bike away and then walked in to the living room and then into the kitchen were his mother was making dinner for them ones they had sat down at the table and ate his dinner after he ate his dinner he put his dish in the dishwasher and then he went to bed the next morning he found his breakfast on the kitchen table so he sat down and ate his breakfast then went to go see his friend's Josh, Ethan, David.

Hello fellow readers and welcome back to my blog post today my blog post is about what we are doing in art this week.

So for art this week my group is working on Clean our Nation we chose this because we think New Zealand is a very dirty place right now we are hoping that this will inspire younger and older people to put there rubbish in the bin.The characters in are stop motion are Mathew, Josh, Ethan, Mum - Mrs Jonson. Are stop motion is being done on paper the people in my group are Risha, Gerald, Matt, Felicity here is a photo of are work.

C.I.P trem 2

Hello fellow readers and welcome to my blog post about singing this is one of my passions I also chose Dancing the other  passions were Ukulele, Dancing, Sining, Gym Spots and Rugby Academy.

In singing this week we are practising for a concert that is for kids for kids some of the songs are to childish and bland and I would like to be able to sugest songsto Whaea.

In dancing we chose our partners then had to choreograph our own routine we even got to choose the song !! and that has been about it.

For C.I.P we have been creating colouring competition posters with our partners that we also got to choose and we have had to organize the prizes for the colouring in competition and set up what school they go to.

The schools that we will be sending thies to are St Bernadettes, Gilberthorpes School and Hornby Primary School. We have chosen these school because those three are close to our school. How do we see climate change affecting the globe?

Why is our climate changing? 

Our word is getting hotter.

What is causing the warming trend of the climate?
Somthing to do with the warmth around the earth.

What is the main problem?

The ice is meating wihih is making the oceans warm and dangerous.

Burning fossil fuels releases what gas?

Carbon Dioxide, Cole, Oil, gas

How much hotter now is our world?

1 degree hotter.

What do we call this global warming?

Climate Change.

How is this affecting creatures / animals like bats?

When they got to hot they died.

What percentage of species are near exteinction?

Only 11 thousand of the spices died.

How could this effect the world ecosystems?

8%

How could this effect the world ecosystem? 

Makes thing extremely hot.

What global change was seen and recording breaking last year?

How is climate change affecting our weather systems?

What is another ettect of climate change?

heat and warm winds

What will happen if the ice melts in Antarctica and the Arctic?

the oceans sea levels will rise

How does this affect people?

It affects peoples homes

What other things affIect oceans change?

The animals that live in the ocean could die because of the heat.

What does to much heat do to coral?

They Blech then they die 

Why did some industries not want to stop burning fossil fuels?

Because they are getting a lot of money and they do not want to stop getting money.

Investigation

You can decide on how you would like to do this investigation. Your presentation could be on the blog, slides, or Powerpoint

Write a definition, upload an image and list where these fossil fuels are mined.

Write a paragraph and upload an image about each of these renewable energy.

Write a 6 sentence reflection about what you have learnt about Climate Change and how it is going to affect us.
