Heathly Lifestyle

 Hello fellow readers and welcome back todays blog post is about how living a heathly lifestyle is a choice.We also have to sare are understanding of it.


We can control are lifestyle by eating heathy, how much sleep we get and how much sodium we intake. I think if you would love to live life to the fullest do not smoke or eat to much unheathy foods. Something that you could do to have a heathy lifestyle is to eat your fruit and vegetables you eat and how much water you drink per day. If you do not eat heath you could end up with diabetes or have high blood pressure. You can all so stay heath by having a shower. One way that I stay fit is by doing rock and roll with my friend Shelby.

Getting Enough Sleep

Hello fellow readers and welcome back todays, blog post is about what we have to do for health today. So for health we have to answer some questions about if we are getting enough sleep for are age.

We need to have at least 8-10 hours of sleep some people have more or less sleep than 8-10 hours of sleep. I have to wake up for school at 6:30 every day. The time a go to sleep on average is 9 - 9:30. this gives me 8 hours of sleep.

Some ways you can help your body get a quality sleep is it should be quiet, warm, dark and if you go to bed 30 minutes befor your bedtime you wake up 30 minutes earlier.I think it is important to go a good night sleep so you are not tired when you have to go to school and your brain is ready and is not slow.

Secondary and Primary

Hello fellow readers welcome back todays, blog post is about what we have been doing for Health and math. So for Health and maths we have been learning about primary and scondary sources we had to work with a partner my partener was Shelby we also had to do a D.L.O about it. I think Primary sources are better than secondary sources. I think that because they were were written when it actually happened instead of afater it happened.
