I am a student at in Uru Mānuka. In 2020 I was a year 8 and in 2021 I will be a year 9. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Hello fellow readers and welcome back todays blog post is about how living a heathly lifestyle is a choice.We also have to sare are understanding of it.
We can control are lifestyle by eating heathy, how much sleep we get and how much sodium we intake. I think if you would love to live life to the fullest do not smoke or eat to much unheathy foods. Something that you could do to have a heathy lifestyle is to eat your fruit and vegetables you eat and how much water you drink per day. If you do not eat heath you could end up with diabetes or have high blood pressure. You can all so stay heath by having a shower. One way that I stay fit is by doing rock and roll with my friend Shelby.
