Getting Enough Sleep

Hello fellow readers and welcome back todays, blog post is about what we have to do for health today. So for health we have to answer some questions about if we are getting enough sleep for are age.

We need to have at least 8-10 hours of sleep some people have more or less sleep than 8-10 hours of sleep. I have to wake up for school at 6:30 every day. The time a go to sleep on average is 9 - 9:30. this gives me 8 hours of sleep.

Some ways you can help your body get a quality sleep is it should be quiet, warm, dark and if you go to bed 30 minutes befor your bedtime you wake up 30 minutes earlier.I think it is important to go a good night sleep so you are not tired when you have to go to school and your brain is ready and is not slow.
