Early Encounters in Aotearoa

Hello fellow readers and welcome todays blog post is about Early Encounters in Aotearoa we had to do this for Who are we hurumanu it has to be a summary of some fact we found.

In 1642 Abel Tasman arrived in Aotearoa he named the land Nova Zealandia.Then in 1769 James cook arrived in Aotearoa he brounght a chief navigator to help him explorer his name was Tupai. The Europeans brounght Pigs,Potatoes,ship rats and diseases.There was a war called the musket wars musket are a type of gun the wars ended in the 1830's.
