PE

Hello fellow readerts and welocme back todays blogpost is about what we have been doing for PE. First we had to check your resting heart rate and then we had to do 30m sprint and after that we had to do a agility test when we did this we had to put are results onto a doc. A resting heart rate means the number of times your heart beats per minute while you are at complete rest.We are learning this so we can see how healthy we are.
