Concentration and Dilution

 Hello fellow readers and welcome back to today's, blog post which is about what we will be doing for science. So for science, we are doing concentration and dilution. Concentration is a measure of how much solute has been dissolved into the solvent in other words how much solute there is in the solution. Dilution is where you make something less concentrated in other words making it weaker there will also be fewer particles in the liquid.

 We can measure in two ways;

  • How dilute something is (how weak it is)
  • How concentrated something is (how strong it is)

Observations and Discussion: Once we put the solue in the first tube it was very concentrated as we moved the water from the first tube it became more Dilute. This happened becuaes of the less solvent that was in each of the tubes. But in the first tube it was a solution of solute and solvent.
