Hello fellow readers and welocme back todays blog post is about a question that we were doing in DMIC maths yesterday.

Matiu and Ariana have agreed to work fr their Mum over the holidays.

The question was Ariana will get $10 for the first day she works  and two more dollars for every day she works after that.


The second question was Matiu will get $1 for the first day he works ,but for every day he works from then on , his pay will be doubled.

Ariana will get $38  
day 1: $10           $10 +$2+$12+$2=$14+$2=$16+$2=$18+$2=
day 2: $2             $20+$2=$22+$2=$24+$2=$26+$2 =$28+$2=    
day 3: $2             $30+$2=$32+$2=$34+$2=$36+$2=$38
