PE

 Hello fellow readers and welcome back todays blog post is about what we have been traning for up to Athletics day.Some ativites we did were Long jump,100 metres sprint and Triple Jump.The ativites I enjoyed the most was 100 metres sprint some thing I could imporve on is the triple jump.

Here is what I got 

Long jump 

2.35 metre

100 metres sprint

18 seconds 

Triple Jump

Have not mastered it yet
